My Values

Underpinning the way I go about my business, are five core values which I strive to apply in my work. These values reflect who I are and how I approach client relationships:

TRUST – I believe honesty and trust are vital in any successful and enduring relationship, including those with my clients. You can rely on me to speak truthfully and to honour my commitments – when I say I am going to do something, I will do it.

PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE – I strive towards offering only the highest quality service drawing from our extensive knowledge and experience.

COLLABORATION – I truly believe success can only be sustained when both parties are working together and benefiting from the relationship. Therefore, I see working with clients as a mutually rewarding partnership. That is why it’s important for me to get a clear understanding of your requirements up front and for me to be flexible to adapt to your requirements should they change.

FOCUS – I keep focused on delivering quality services to clients. I don’t cut corners because it seemed a good idea at the time – nor do I go off on tangents jeopardising the timely delivery of what has been asked for.

TRANSPARENCY – I value an open and transparent approach in dealing with my clients. However, I also respect the principle of client confidentiality.

Something Personal...

I am a New Zealander, currently living in Paris with my French wife and daughter. I originally came across to Europe way back in 1995 on my big OE (the ‘Overseas Experience’ as we in New Zealand call the period of working overseas and seeing the world). I was based in London, working and travelling and that is where I met my future wife.

We spent a numbers of years living in Auckand, New Zealand and returned back to Paris in 2016. This is where we have been based ever since and plan to be for the foreseeable future – the heart of Europe.

When not working I enjoy spending quality time with my family, travelling and exploring different parts of Europe and when the weather’s good, getting out into the great outdoors - trekking and cycling.
